I think the neighbors were complaining about the smell so AQMD came down on them and closed them down. This was about 3 weeks ago. Besides, their shop is accross the street from a residential neighborhood so they would have never gotten the license to make parts there anyway. I figured it was just a matter of time.
You should see Perry’s latest and greatest 350Z concept. He put a lot of work into it and they barely finished the molds on the body kit just 2 days prior to getting kicked out.
They just moved into that shop not to long ago. Is it that much of a problem to start up somewhere else? I would think they’ve made enough money to do so. Or did the city ban them from operation all together?
you should see the list of california regulations and all the permits and stuff. Love Idaho, as long as you flush nothing down the drain and you don’t blow up your neighbor you are in business

I talked to Perry last week and they are looking for a new shop. I think the dash was his last ditch attempt before closing it down for good.

It is a family owned business in PA. I have a 4 car garage up there and 3 people working for me. I followed my girlfriend down here and took a full time job so I work out of my little garage developing new parts and send the molds up there. works out pretty good but I hate buying double the tools 
I take it back, Perry’s a pretty cool guy. Guess it was one of the unknowledgable salesmen I dealt with before.
i can’t wait to see some of the stuff perry will have for sema if he goes this year, I am pretty sure he will. I have heard about his 350z widebody but never seen pics nor did not know he was even done with it.
The 350Z is borderline rice and nice. I think it’s nicer than it is rice. I actually helped him make some of the molds for the kit but I am not sure if he ever finished all of them yet. If he does make it to the show, I believe the whole kit is going to be carbon fiber. I actually talked to him today but completely unrelated to SEMA. Just trying to get my bills paid.

Tough desision. I already told my girl that I couldn’t take a trip to boston with her during these dates because I had to work.
Now if I go to sema she might look like this :evil: and then dan doesn’t have any fun for a whole year.
