For travel details, I just booked through Travelocity and picked the cheapest flight and hotel. Nothing special. The airport code is SNA which is John Wayne Airport (aka Disney Airport) so there are a lot of families there, but not as much in winter.
I’m going to be coming down with my gf. She’s rather interested in learning as well.

Yeah I’ll have to purchase the cam first and figure out what’s the best way of going about it. If anyone with experience regarding the technology side of this, feel free to make suggestions.
not sure on the software to connect the cam to the comp (not sure if it needs any tbh). theres a web site called ‘webcamnow’ with a monitered section which lets you broadcast for free. Its not a super fast pic speed but its alright and if you got a mic you can talk and if not you can type.
Warning – dont go in the UN-monitered section!! (esp @ work)

another idea is that you wanted to buy a digital vidio cam, instead of spending money on web cam, can’t you just patck you vc into the same ports. that way you can move around the shop and get some close ups, with sound. Weve been playin around with helmet cams, its just the way you hook it all up…

Do you have to order the vacuum pumps that you sell on the website or do you stock them? I’m trying to see if I can come up with the money to pick one up while I’m there as it would be a lot easier for me to pick it up than to have it shipped.

ok… I’ll let you know… need to sort out some funds first 
so I pulled the plug out of my mold today… the mold of the part went great, the flanges turned out like crap though. the posterboard stuck to the fiberglass and just ripped off and there was a little section where a piece of the gel coat broke. Nothing major though, so hopefully we can spend a little time fixing it up and you can show me the best way to do flanges from here on out. I’m booked up at the anaheim plaza hotel right by disneyland. I will be bringing my mold, and a roll of carbon with me. Hopefully I can just buy resin there and any glass I will need. Evan, you are so cool! This is going to be great. I also have a whole list of questions or clarifications. I will bring a number of different molds and pieces. Maybe we can cover overlay process to and best methods for clear coating.
Any go on the live vid feed. We tryied the vidio cam on the cumputer and it worked great, its just like you would hook up the cam to the tv. Then import the feed to the web page.
