Peel ply alternative for infusion process ??

I actually have three problems on complex forms with infusion process.
To positioning the fabrics, it’s hard but it’s not my main problem.

The problem comes from the peel ply. The peel ply does not stretch as the carbon fabrics.

1/ I put my peel ply with multi parts but I always have strenght on it on the complex areas. This makes some holes between my in mould coating and the first layer.

What is the best way ? Should I put more parts of peel ply or should I make some plies to reduce strenghts ?
If I make plies, I make and excess of resin …

2/ The finition on the rear side is not as beautifull as I want. It’s really hard to pull off the peel ply with multi parts. I have some yarns of pleel ply.

3/ I have an other problem on concave corners, my film doesn’t go as well as I want. I have an excess of resin and I cant pull off the peel ply correctly.

For my first and 2nd problem, is there an alternative to peel ply for infusion process ?
For the 3rd, is the best solution for complex part is to use vacuum film like Strechlon ?
I ever try this product but I never arrived to make a good vacuum with it, really strange …

A picture of the type of part that I make, on top it’s prepeg, on bottom my infused part:

Why you need to use peelply? for secondary bonding or for cosmetic look? if cosmetic look on back side is not an problem, then try to use perforated film instead peelply

Or make a 2 part mould, and infuse the resin in between, or RTM the resin in.

I don’t need a beautifull surface on the backside, the surface of a prepeg part is OK for me.
I never try to put directly the perforated film cause I understand that peel ply is used to make a breaking zone. However I use MTI hose and breaking zone is not necessary with it.
I will try directly with the perforated film.
Thanks

you could use several pieces of peel ply and have them overlap. then you could move and work the peel ply into the areas what the carbon is conforming to aswell, it won’t be stretching but tthere will be extra slack for the peel ply to slide over each other and cover all areas.

I’ve tried to put directly the perforated film on my last layer, it’s better but the film is too thin and it’s hard to pull off all the film.

I will make another tests with your technics.
