Well when he overdoses on potpourri and his insurance doesn’t cover the bill and gets written off and the burden becomes the governments. I hope my tax dollars don’t fit the bill. Furthermore, it pisses me off someone’s tax dollars that could be used to educate or fund a government program that employs hardworking people is now being redirected to prosecuting an idiot that wants to smoke potpourri.

It’s easier and cheaper to bury idiots than pay for their consequences with tax dollars and innocent lives.
