Does anybody know any other companies besides Composit Envisions that sell exotic woven fabrics? I call it exotic woven fabrics because I have no clue what else to call them. Besides carbon fiber hybrid fabrics that is…

Anyways, we’re looking to order a few yards of the fabric in the picture below in red, blue, and green.

We would also be interested in anything else cool looking just so we can use them on some upcoming projects.

So again, does anybody know any reliable distributors? I’ve herd nothing but bad news about Composite Envisions from several colleges and other vendors. Placing an order with them is not worth the risk.

BTW we tried making contact with them at least a dozen times through phone and email over the past week. They just don’t return customers.

Side note… I wish business were good enough for us so that way we could ignore customers and turn down money :p3

BTW I’m not trying to bash Composites Envisions. We just refuse to do business with companies that have no respect for fellow companies and or customers.

Nice looking, don’t know who or where, but fibreglast has some Carbon Fabric Patterned Styles. I don’t buy from fibreglast any more to overpriced.

DO NOT BUY FROM COMPOSITE ENVISIONS, really nice web site but no product to send, aleast not to me. It’s been over a month and nothing was sent to me. I have called afew times, and have sent 4 emails trying to see where my material is, and no response.

Awesome, I am also 2 months in on a $200 order…I guess we will see… Keep us posted on exotics too, Where did you find the one pictured?

I have a source to buy these materials here in Shanghai, tons of hybrid fabrics like the picture posted. Can even design your own weave and have it made… Only problem is price and quantity. Minimum order is at least a roll of 150 meters.

I would LOVE a few yards of the above pictured with orange instead of green…Would be soooooo sexy on my car…

I did get a call from Composites Envisions on Friday, they told me that they were in the process of moving to a new place and would be shipping my material next week. I told them a little FYI, there are some pissed off people waiting for thier oreders, and it’s a bad wya to run a business not letting people know what is going on. So they are getting things back up and runng from what he told me, we shall see.
