Better for boat mold making?

Vinyl ester or ISO tooling resin?

Vinylester tooling resin.

For instance RM3000. I believe Nidacore has that material.

Iso tooling resin needs a good exotherm to ensure it does not shrink, but at the same time can harm the plug. (especially when wood or PU based material). It also does not have the heat resistance needed for a durable mould, especially when infusing the part.

Herman, I’ve learned so much from you here. It must be a pleasure to work with you. Thank you for all the great information you give on this board.

I can be a great @ssh0le to work with. Believe me… My boss is convinced of that as well: “difficult in communication, but right about every time, that is annoying”
