Yes i will put my detector on the feed line for the real test the next time because yesyerday was just a for see how works my detector.
But for the leaks,is it really possible to have a bag 100% sealed or have you a little tolerance???
Yesterday when my pump was to on the detector stay always on 0,031mbar…

Yes, if your bag and tool are good, you could achieve 0mbar drop in 20 minutes. Everything has some level of permeability, so the longer you test, there will be some level of change over time. But 20mins is a short test. As for example we can pass a 10mbar/60min leak check on a 70-80M long shell mould. For small parts a 0mbar/5min test is usually enough, better is 10min/0mbar change. If you had a 1mbar change in 20minutes I don’t think it will be an issue, but really depends on the resin hardening speed, location of leak, and if you are using one or two bags.
