Youtube really is a cool tool. I found a few infusion videos on youtube a while back.
One of the videos was kind of funny because the narrator said the part was going to be “void less” and “perfect”.
But then when the camera zoomed in I saw air about a 1/2 inch in size moving from the resin inlet side to the resin front at super fast speeds. Obvious air leak. The video stopped half way through the infusion.
bwahahahahah that was my video and me talking lol… the resin we use, makes a resin air travel channel which is exactly what you described. It is not air just the resin gassing and also the excess air trapped in the CSM caused it. It created a perfect infusion when it was done. I only had like 3 minutes left on my camera when I was filming. That is awesome you saw it hahaha
Good to know. Thought something was wierd with all the bubbling. Makes sense now though.
