I am looking for pre preg twill carbon fiber (around 50 yrds depending on the width). Due to budget constraints I am willing to buy remnants or scraps.

I do believe finding left-over pre-preg’s will be tough…I have not seen or heard of this being available in the market. 50 yards is a decent amount so you should be able to get a reasonable discount, from memory, 72 degree’s F the shelf life is less than 30 days from exact date of manufacture unless kept stored at temperatures below freezing.
I have some pre-preg in stock. What weight and resin content are you looking for?

I’m currently trying to make the body for a first time SAE team. We have some serious budget constraints so I’m looking for just the most affordable option…not necessarily the best option 
the only thing I’m really hoping for is something with a long pot life.
