wrinkle on corner radius

hello guys.
anybody can help me to remove the wrinkle at corner radius??

Manufacturing process: VBO
Material : Cycom 7668
Radius : 3.4mm
Thickness : ~2mm

Ah, 7668.
1: How many layers are in the corner? Make sure you rub each one down very well. If more than 2 layers, you should debulk (just apply vacuum for a few min) the first layer, and then every 3 layers. All depends on various factors.
2: Use a female mold? That way, the outside surface will be tool finish, not bag finish.
3: thickness is 2mm for the layer, or the part?

the total layer that i was used is 8ply.Im already rub every single ply during the layup. The mold is male mold and the thickness 2mm is refer to the laminate thickness.Does it have any recommendation for the bagging arrangement?

debulk ply# 1, 3, 6, 8.

how long it possible??how about the bagging arrangement?

I would say debulk 3min each. Bagging, well, follow Cytec’s bagging recommendations, but there really isn’t much to change…there is doing it right, and doing it wrong. Make sure you are doing it right! Nice and tight release and bagging film around the outer radius, and make sure you are not bridging in the inner radii. Maybe try using ONLY a peelply layer as the breather, on top of the release film. Maybe the breather you are using is causing a lack of even compaction?

thanks guy…already solve that problem.
