Hard to say. I’d have to break it down because each car is so different. We did a lot more work on this car which went beyond the dash. Altogether was about $4k. What kind of materials are you going to be supplying? I’d just subtract our material cost if you want to use yours.
This is my dash I did out of fiberglass and wrapped in OEM vinyl. The vinyl’s adhesive didnt hold long because of the moisture in the air from the hurricane that was 2 days before that photo was taken. So im pricing having someone wrap it in Red Kevlar/ Carbon Fiber composite. Id supply the twill. The dash piece is the solid cap that starts above the radio door, back to the windshield.
So just the dash? What about the glove box door and the knee guard piece?
Nope, just the top dash piece. The rest is going to remain the stock ABS plastic.

How do you keep the c.f from bunching up or pulling apart when you from it around the curves and creases? Do you let it tack up then hand apply it to the female mold, or just wet it up, place it in the female and then place the male or plug in and sandwich the c.f in place?
Im new to the whole carbon fiber thing but i have a 2000 eclipse like the dash that you have shown is it even worth the time for me to attempt to cover my dash in carbon fiber myself or would it cost me more in tools than it would to have it done for me?
If your new to it, dont even try with a dash. You will invest hundreds of dollars in to raw materials just trying to lay down carbon fiber without bunching up or unraveling. Start small like short flat pieces and work your way up.
For something that size, it’ll definately cost you more at the end. You might want to start out small.
For the dashes, do you use one giant piece of carbon fiber, lay it and cut out the proper holes for vents, or do you use more than one piece of carbon fiber to cover the dash?
can you fix the links for the pictures evan? I’m really anxious to get started with this carbon fiber stuff and I’m so glad I found this forum. Hopefully I’ll be supplying some of my own projects later…
