I see from the F1 projects that using oven for the CF products, is any body knows why? What is the temperature?
They us CF Pre-pregs and that oven is an auto clave which is many more times compression (massive pressure chamber) and better even heating.
CF PP is oven cured at either 250 or 350 degrees depending on the material / epoxy used in the manufacturing of it. Since it is like tar paper when frozen and dry cut, after you lay it up, vacuum bag it and during the oven curing, the Epoxy will wet out and flow.
In every plastics process (TP or TS) you will have one or more of these 3x things: Heat, Pressure or Chemicial reaction.
What Werksberg said, plus the fact that many work place breakrooms don’thave ovens for potpies.
