Who has Frekote FMS Sealer in stock??

Anybody know where I can buy a small quantity (1pt) of Freekote FMS (or FMS-100) sealer here in the states? Everyplace I call is out of stock and doesnt expect another shipment for 2-4 weeks. I was hoping to get my hands on some no later than Mon of next week…

Yep… they do sell 1pt containers but they are out of stock and dont expect another shipment for at least two weeks. I’ve tried at least six other distributors and nobody has the 1pt size in stock, a few have 1gal in stock but I really didnt want to spend $180 for a gallon of sealer when I need less than 1pt. Any ideas? Any chance you have a pint you’d care to sell?

FYI, I called Krayden and they too are out of stock. Seems to be a worldwide shortage. Thanks for the lead though! If you happen to find (or have) antoher distributor that has the 1pt containers in stock, plesse let me know…

BTW: Do you know how much coverage I can get out of a pint? I have two plugs (and then in turn two molds) that are approx 20"x25" each (or approx 13 sq/ft that needs to be sealed total).

I don’t know how much surface area you can do with a pint, but you will barely make a dent in it with your project.

I have a pint that has never been opened… but is 2 years old. Anybody know what kind of shelf life it has?

Eeesh… I wonder how much I’ll need??? Can anyone on here tell me how much area 1pt will cover? Mabye I should start a new thread with that question…

Thanks…! I found these guys online after my original post. Unfortunately, they tell me there is no way to ship the stuff and have it arrive before I leave town on July 19th so it looks like my project is on hold until I return on the 28th. I’ll order 4-5 days before I fly home in the hopes that this stuff arrives within a day or so of my return…

i think we get ours from a place called cyvex? spelling… but we order larger amount. something to check out.
