I am doing an overlay with aeromarine epoxy and after I wet sand the part I see a lot of white marks left behind once it gets dry, it never happen before, and i thought those marks can be wash away or would vanish once I spray clear but no… anyone experience the same as me? and know why this would happened?
Looks like two different layers of epoxy. Sort of like spraying clear coat over clear without blender.
At first I thought it was blush… Can you scratch it with your finger nail?
Did you apply another layer of epoxy or clearcoat? Seems like it doesn’t stick. Did you sand well and degrease before applying?
No i cannot scratch off with my nail, and that’s before I spray any clear on.
I am using same epoxy through the whole process but I did not sand it before apply more coat of epoxy because I apply more coat during stage B curing.
