Just as the topic states, the coolest or most amazing thing you have seen? Here is mine, at least I could find these pictures

That must have been a pisser to make.
There’s the ultimate composite car.

I couldn’t find the really really nice pictures of a one off Zonda that shows the weave (blue black Hybrid) across the entire car but here’s a a nice picture nonetheless.

Two of the coolest things I have ever seen. Cagiva 500cc GP 1995-6
Here’s a pretty cool part. It was a prototype that was built at the last company I worked for. I didn’t make it but it was cool to hold it.
This thing was actually tested with real loads and cycled many times and the numbers were incredible but the hold back was the ball joint assembly satying in. This was solid prepreg uni-tape.

Here’s another cool thing I came across on: http://www.mulsannescorner.com/nissanp35story.html
Here’s an section of text about the picture:
"The carbon tub weighed approximately 152 lbs. including the roll over structure and suspension hard points. The hybrid tub weighed about 20 lbs. more. Both the hybrid tub and the carbon monocoque passed the FIA’s rollover hoop crush test, the first monocoques with carbon rollover structures ever to do so. Galloway continues, “The carbon roll structure was design to dynamically act as the experience-driven steel structures, but were more than 4 times stronger in the minimum sections. And the flared and blended mounting sections were more than ten times stronger than the typical tube welded to a flange plate. This continuity of structure also stiffened the tub significantly.”
