Um, you should be using a collapsible mandrel. Couldn’t be any easier to remove when cured!
What Tet stated…but if the mold was alum and you have access to a large freezer…throw it in there for a day and alum shrinks up and CF part slides off.

3: machine shop is so bogged down with everything, it would take 2 weeks to get anything from them.
4: I told them I didn’t want to TOUCH that project…of course I ended up doing most of it.
