It was a major PITA, but My guys are all very talented and of course, I am pretty biased since two of them are my sons.
I hope I get lots of contacts from the corvette guys.

I need to learn that part of doing the tricky stuff. Getting the holes trimmed out perfectly must be a bitch.
Do you just cover the entire mold and have a good enough line in the part that you can trim it accurately?
I think Dougie has a CNC router or mill??? But if I’m wrong, just slap my wrists Dougie…LOL.
It isn’t worth it to do onsey twosey trimmed parts, so I have very talented guys doing this for us.
My sons and one of their buddies make up the talent in my crew. I also have three other guys in training.
We will also job out a few laser trimming jobs to a trusted vendor. i have lost lots of money on learning that only a few laser trimmers can program by the learn mode and come clsoe to what we need.
Our inital parts come from a waxed back mold and the covers sit directly over the original parts. thereby we just lay it back on the original and scratch the trim lines back in.
