Im the general manager of a small compoposite tooling shop in wichita, ks. We are hiring one person for the tooling shop. Im looking for a person that has a passion for composites, someone who’s constantly looking to do it better faster or cheaper. I need a team player. Someone that understands that their raises in pay are based on merit and not yearly… Im looking for my right hand man as they say. Someone I can trust to do the job and do it right when im gone or when they are running the dept someday. This postion does not require a person with a lot of experience, it just requires the right person.
