VARIM is better or Prepreg mould is better?

I wanted to know whether prepreg mould is most suitable or varim mould for aerospace application in terms of dimensional stabilities.

It all depends on the fiber, resin, and layup. Most critical pieces are machined to be accurate, no matter what method.
