Hey guys, I was wonder what are your steps for vacuum bag with gelcoat.

1.First you apply transparent gelcoat and let it be tacky,
2.then you coat it with resin ( and here is my question)

DO you brush resin & wait also to be “tacky” and then put carbon fiber ?

Or you put CF directly on just brushed resin?

Put the carbon fiber directly on the brushed resin. You want the resin to wet out the fibers.
