This very clearly demonstrates how to vacuum bag a wet composite lay up.
There are different types of peel ply anyone can buy… each type is a little different, some have a fine texture, some more rough, some release easier than others.
Breather/bleeder fabric is the same thing, not two different materials. This can be purchased at composite suppliers or a fabric retailer. 5oz or around 5oz is a good weight. We bought a 10oz roll of breather a month ago… too heavy but it does compact the lay up nicely.
Perforated release ply is available at composite suppliers.
