I was having trouble with my pump and thought I would contact Vacmobile to see if a unit would be within reach financially.
A representative from the company gave me the price options.I came to the realization that the vacmobile was more than I could afford at this time.
But then something else happened. The representative started discussing things I could do to get my own pump up and running.
The rep. stuck with me via email while I tried different things and implementing his suggestions. We talked back and forth for 2 or 3 weeks. I would ask a question and he would respond with an extremely detailed answer. I learned a lot from him.
So what I am saying is there customer service top notch. If there company representative is willing to spend this much time talking to a stranger that isn’t even buying there product, just think of the service you would get if you owned there product.
Im no pump expert but after talking with the company Rep. for quite some time , I would bet there product is one of the best things going for the money today.
I was extremely impressed.

I know these guys well, they service our pumps and sponsored my old FSAE team a vacmobile for the last 6 years. They aren’t the cheapest pumps but if you want the best they are the ones to talk to. All they seem to do is think of how to make their products better.
When we were starting out in the FSAE team they were more than happy to help and often would come over (an hour drive) to trouble shoot.
Yes, they are great people. Unfortunately they are based so far away. Transport makes their pumps even more expensive. Still I bought one, for the fun of it, and that one actually was delivered in NL, then borrowed to the Dutch Solar Challenge (Nuna) and they took it to Australia…
After 2 years or so the pump has now been overhauled (locally). Their system is nice and lightweight.
We make systems that are more heavyweight, larger and very durable, to cope with the circumstances in large polyester shops with lot of abuse.
