Urethane foam problem

I am building a product by making 2 fiberglass skins and joining them together and filling with 2 part urethane foam to make the whole product rigid. Everything turned out great until I painted it and put the whole thing in the oven to cure the paint at 50C. When I took it out everything had warped and of looked like the foam had expanded further with the heat.
Any ideas out there. How unstable is urethane foam. I guess there are a lot of variations with Urethanes but its an area I don’t have much experience.
Advice please!

I would not take a PU foam, try epoxy foam.

What kind of product is it?

To get PU foam to cross link properly, you should pour it while heated (40 degrees C or so). Most PU dispensing machines have inline heaters, and heated hoses.
