Make sure to use peel-ply.
I’ve always been taught that if you allow epoxy resin to fully cure you must provide a mechanical bond to further layers using peel-ply or grinding. Failure to do so will cause delamination since additional layers won’t bond well to as-cured epoxy.
The exception is if you only allow it to cure green before applying additional layers. This is actually preferred when laying up sandwich skins. You lay up the toolside skin first, allow to cure green, and then finish with core and inner plies. This prevents weak areas along the edges of the core.
