tip for chipping paint out of moulds?

hi has anyone got any tips for getting stuck paint out of moulds? i have a mould i made seveal years ago and i really need to use it in next few weeks but it was a bit of a flop when it came to releasing mould is 80% covered with paint that came out with the mould:(

Rubber on a drilling machine, works perfect.

For tricky areas I just use a metal poker. But before I use a metal poker I use a broken mixing stick. The wood is strong enouh to loosen allot of resin with out damaging the mold.

hi do you have a rubber block or rubber circle? is it something you have bought or made?

A rubber circle, it’s a polishing tool.

Sand it down with wet and dry 600 then 800 then 1200 and you will find that with some polishing compound you will have a very shiny mould as a bonus. Hope that this is of help
