I am currently making some tooling gel coat from epoxy with west system filler, but during the mixing i realized the tinny air bubbles are embedded in the mixing, I have try to degas it but the gel coat is so thick that it just keep expanding in the chamber. I know air bubble is one of the annoying thing in epoxy, but how do you get rid of those bubbles?
i use a gas torch moving back and forth very quickly over the gelcoat once applied , pops all of them bubbles
