Here’s a link to what I’ve been building for the last year or so. Still have to do the final clearcoat. Great to see it up and running. Cheers, Brad
Will post some more pics when I get them.

To give you a brief rundown on what we did in composites.
We started by moving the front guards/fenders outboard by 100mm each side then split the bonnet and front bumper down the centreline and moved them out to mate with the guards. Filled the 200mm space on CL along with the headlight and indicator areas as well as any other obsolete ducts. Made a three piece tool. Front clip 10.5 kg.
The doors we fused the originals together and made a single tool for each side. Doors total 10 kg. Originals were approx 25kg each x 4 is 100 kg. By using this method we saved on tooling in a big way ie only 2 tools rather than 8 if we made a tool for each outer skin and one for each inner.
The rear clip was done in a similar fashion to the front clip. Rear guards, bumper and bootlid all one piece. 8.5 kg total. The origial boot lid was 11kg just by itself.
Front undertray is from the front to the firewall then small mid undertray flowing into the rear diffuser.
All components are posts cured infused epoxy
