Long time member, never posted pictures of our finished products.
A few months ago I started a thread about our radiator cover for the new Camaro and here are some professional photos I took a few weeks ago.
The cover is made out of 5 layers of 6oz carbon fiber with foam core sandwiched in between.

Nice radiator panel, and nice BLOWER!!! How do you get the edges around the hood latch and the mount holes so clean? It doesn’t look like any of the edges are cut. Thanks!

The hole around the latch is molded so thats how we get those nice deep edges. The holes around the hardware outside of the hole, (around the hood stopper and bolts) are all trimmed with a diamond stepper drill bit, filed, and clear coated multiple times.
