thick Carbon Fiber fabric suppliers 600gsm (20 oz ) or more?

I have been looking for about an hour now on the internet, and probably just dont’ know where to find this stuff. I also searched forum.

is the only thick CF I could find.

I bought a sample piece off ebay but the seller does not have any more.
I love the thick wide fibers on it, makes the carbon fiber twill pattern much more visible than most other CF I have seen.
I also like the weight/thickness. for my purpose (panels on a portable photobooth) I could probably just use one layer thickness of it.

Can anyone recommend any other suppliers of a twill or checkboard or other cool looking wide weave pattern?

Sorry but one layer of thick material usually doesn’t work. You will have gaps in the weave.

Not really true. I often use just one layer of 660gsm carbon, and because it is a tighter weave you don’t end up with visible gaps. Of course I’d you pull the weaves then you may, but this is harder to do than with lighter cloths. Point is, it works fine.

Op, Soller Composites have 663gsm 12k fabric for a great price.

if just bought some CF laminate material from Dragon and they have it backed with thin black fabric to block any light holes. looking at the CF I just bought and plan to epoxy it is pretty tight and light holes are very very few. enough to not be an issue.

found this $25 a yard for 19.7 ounces, very good price IMHO.

got this quote from my local supplier.
i am very disappointed $3200 minimum order and it took them a whole week to just get me a price. i find their sales team to be severely ignorant about the products they sell.

What you have said is applicable to 400 gsm 12 k fabric but not to 600/650 gsm. 600/650 gsm is very tightly woven
