T, (tee) fittings

Where can I get em? Huh? Huh? Huh?

I’ve been going to home depot like a dummy and paying almost $2 each. I buy about 5 - 15 a week. Sometimes I can salvage them by drilling out the resin but I have no ambition to do this anymore. So where can I buy packs or boxes of these?

I’ve been thinking of buying from McMaster-Carr you can get a (10) pack of 1/4 T-fittings for $7.42 of course shipping is probably at least another $7. Would be best to buy other supplies at the same time like tubing.

Have a look at DHgate.com or alibaba.com, you might need to buy 100’s but they will only be a few cents each so will pay off in the long run. For example we spent $500 on 50 squeegees last year, so I looked at alilbaba and found 200 for $500.

Do you guys use t fittings for resin feed lines for splits?

I only have been using t’s for separate bag inlets.

http://www.mcmaster.com PN 5372K615 $.77 each
http://www.mscdirect.com PN 48464747 $1.11 each
http://www.grainger.com PN 3XVG7 $.85 each

The PNs and prices are for 3/8" tee fittings.

That’s what I have been using them for.

Try USplastics.com

Looks like they have some good prices.

Extreme, You use them for resin inlets

or

Splitting vacuum lines to do multiple parts at one time?

So far I have only used them for resin inlets as I am new to the infusion game and haven’t tried multiple molds at one time yet.
In the furture I see them being useful for splitting vacuum lines.
