All starting from the beginning. 1st the gel coats 2nd the colors (black, red etc) 3rd all other materials. Its very importand as u know how you make the molds, must be very super shine.
Yes, there is two seperates molds Left and Right.
can you show the underside for beginners so we understand how you are joining?

One thing that personally worries me is once you demold the 2 halves if you are not very careful you might trim the joining edges slightly unevenly and end up with a little gap or uneve fit.
How do you manage to cut so straight so that the 2 halves join so pervectly? Any pics of the 2 halves right after you demold?

One suggestion, you might try thinning or changing how your spray the gel coat. Less orange peel in the gel coat will take car of the distorted look in the weave.

sorry I don’t have picture of the parts before. But I make this possible with the dremel tool. But beleive me this take time, the results…no comments.
