That looks great. Are you keeping the glass or going lexan? I would love to do a hatch and doors but I want to keep my glass in as I also drive it allot. What kind of ET are you shooting for?
We’re keeping the glass because it’s a daily drive and competes on the street category. The car runs around 10s.
That’s sweet. How hard did you find it to get the window tracks to fit good into a full frame door (I’m assuming the doors are CF)? That is my biggest concern trying to make one from CF. When I tipped the scales at 2950lbs with me in the car last year I knew losing weight would help me get into the 10s which is part of what sent me on this CF project. I’m sitting at an 11.3 and I know 10s are just around the corner. 
Window tracks fitted fine, the pain was to make the molds and the part itself especially around the door frame. The door weights 4,5kg each (oem 16kg) and the trunk 3kg (oem 12kg)
Would love a delta really would keep going !!

Very nice work. How long did it take you to make the mold and part for that hatch?
Approx 2-3 weeks for both mold and carbon part (both sides)
