Stilts - how to calculate?

Hello:

I need some support.

I am making a plan to buy some tubes, if first pair of stilts works fine as I think that surely they will go, I will do something like 20 pairs of same stilts. Basically I need to find were to buy some CF tubes with a length of 1.5 meters, current stilts are aluminium tube and are having a Ø1" id, and 3/16" thik.

Customer want then made of CF tubes in order to reduce weigth, of course.

My main issue is where can I buy some CF tubes with a similar thik at USA? I have googled them and I only found 1/16" think.

Also I would like to have support about how calculate a similar strength in a diferent size in order to get some other sizes as options.

Any feedback and additional ideas are welcome. Thanks!

Sorry if this is a little late, but, this company has CF Tube in sizes up to 2" ID and also sells CF Rectangular Tube if that might work better for stilts, having a flat side to attach supporting members and such. Good Luck. http://www.acpsales.com/OnlineStore.php
