how!? i have seen some pdfs of how they make tubes, but this is a very diff shape. also, even if its made in 2 parts and then joined, how the heck do they fill in the crack and then make a smooth finish!? infusing this of course each part.
Id say it was a 2 piece mold…and that it was made using a custom bladder that fit the mold exactly. Im sure that you can send out a mold and have a bladder made for it.
Then you just take your “tubing sock” material and slide it over your bladder…partially filled and then clamp your mold over it…kind of like changing an inner tube on a dirtbike…hahaha
If you join two halves you can paint in a little bit of the clear resin or gel…and sand it smooth and then clear it again and it will dissapear.
