Rotor, I’m bonding the walls and the bottom with sprayfoam. Insulative and i hope adhesive. The 2 cans I had started to leak out the base of the nozzle, NOT actually come out the tube. Back to HD!
Matvd: yes, ST94, 16hr at 71c. It didn’t melt much, but softened the flanges I had. That might have been a bagging issue though. I simply wrapped the foam, wrapped in solid release, put both in a bag with airweave between them, and tightened the bag on the surface. VERY good surface finish, except for 2 of them, I think outgassing got trapped. Pure oven, no autoclave…the foam is rated I thnk, only at 15-18psi, so vacuum was enough.
