spraying gelcoat

i dont have a compressor so i wondered if this may be suitable??? if not for gelcoat then at least PVA?

gelcoats should be applied as thin as possible. … of course as even as possible…

If the mold is small you may be able to gelcoat with it once, Then if the gelcoat hasn’t eaten the plastic bits inside the acetone cleaning will. These work sort of ok for enamel, laquer eats them pretty quick. might be ok for pva but the finish will be terrible. better off buying a small compressor. You can spray PVA and gelcoat into most smallish molds with a 1 horse compressor and maybe even less.
