Hi all,
I’d like to show you a quick video about my split board for kitesurfing.
From a composites point of view the board was obtained by an infusion process in the bottom and a lamination on the top.
In the bottom I also tryed to mix spread tow carbon fabric with aluminized glass in order to obtain something different from a graphical point of view.
The board core is balsa wood.

with a special handle…
But a new model is coming…so does not have to wait very long to reach the wall
At first I wondered why the board was split but having watched the link it all made sense…destinations and airlines, lovely work.

is a manual work, you need to shape a foam and then wrap it with glass fiber, reshape, and then coat it with a single piece of carbon
