It looks like a rifle gun stock to me…but is this a bike frame?

Nah jim its a single side panel…Im sure they are mirrored.

Speaking of gun stocks…anyone have any information on making them?

Id like to make a nice one for my .308 but dont want to find out that I wasted a bunch of time.

I agree Speed Tripples are awesome bikes. I was thinking about buying one until i got quoted on insurance. That black twill will look awesome on your bike.
