Well, 2 days ago i worked on my mold which i had already surface coated 4 days ago. now, i said ill just mold up the areas that have sharp corners with some fiberglass chopped up stuff i made (sissors + 3 oz fabric chopped up) and mixed it in with some epoxy. placed it around the corners and also layed down some 8 oz twill. LAST NIGHT i noticed that i had some, very few areas that had maybe 1.5 inch bubbles on the twill ONLY area. =. now im thinking since this happened to me before was to cut out that area very carefully not to mess up the surface coat.
why did i just stop there and didnt apply chopped strand? well 1 it was 2 am and i wanted to go to sleep! =)
ive done it before and have had very tiny holes things ive fixed latter on with some filler when the plug comes out of the mold. but this time, its big and def. dont want to fix it after but before =).
any input?
