I want to build a tunnel for my sled.I have a good idea on how to do it but I want some important input.for ex. The . Tunnel is basically 3/16 Alu and I want to now how many layers of cf to get to same strength and rigidness.also I want to sandwich mold it sinse it is a large area.but my main concern is where the suspension bolts ,would I sandwich a stainless washer in between the cf layers or rivet it to the outside ? Any help guys
