Does anyone know if there are wood working router tables with adjustable angle?
I am slotting carbon tubing. I will be making about 600 slots ( 1,200 cuts) If someone has a good idea without outsourcing to waterjet, laser, or CNC its much appreciated. I’m only holding to 1/32nd " tolerance.
What do you think about a table saw with a cut-off wheel?
A wet tile saw with a diamond blade and an adjustable blade height may do the trick.
I also have the same application. I’ll cut some carbon fiber rings (60mm in diameter) from 3m long CF tube. So right now I’m building automated pneumatic saw with feeding and throw out of cutted piece. I’m using ordinary high speed(just changed motor) circular saw with 1.2mm wide ABRASIVE disk.(wet cutting). At speed 22.000rpm it realy makes clean, smooth and straight cut.
I tryed diamond saw but the edges were not even close to a cut with abrasive disk.
