A lot of people had asked for a reverse scoop for their toyota glanza/starlet so I decided to make one up myself and take a mold from it.Started out with a standard scoop and cut out the middle.Then formed a piece of alloy into shape and bonded it in.After much filling and sanding and a coat of black paint I had a part good enough to take a mold from
After polishing it up it was then coated with tooling gel and about 6 layers of 450g mat.Here is a pic of the first one out of the mold.Infused with 1 layer of 200g twill and 4 layers of 350 g harness satin.
very nice. satin must be very nice work with, have only used fiberglass though, not carbon.
