reusable vacuum bagging the future for composites

I can help you guys with any questions about reusable vacuum bagging.
if you are making parts with thin film bagging material you are wasting time and money (labor material $)
silicone high temperature form to mold is the solution to cut the cost for composites fabrication.

Thanks,

What is your company’s name because I was looking into doing that. I contacted Bondline Products in SoCal but they never got back to me.

Evan

reusable vacuum bagging has been around for a long time and the technology has come a long way. I just finished making forty two reusable bags for Lockheed with caul plates and I have a big job coming up for Boeing. I’d be interested in seeing what you have to offer, do you have a materials and price list or a website?

Evan,
How’s the shop doing, are you still looking to move to Santa Ana??

Hi Joe,

Nice to hear from you. I guess you’ve been busy! Yes I am still looking to move south. There were some offers for the shop up here so we’re getting pretty close to moving. I was out all day yesterday looking around the Orange/Anaheim area near gasoline alley. Know any good industrial park in Santa Ana? I was thinking about the area near Santa Ana auto mall by the 55/5. That’s about 5 mins away from Irvine straight down Edinger.

Evan

Even,
Anywhere around south Santa Ana should be good, that would be cool, I live 5 mins from the 5/55 also. Who knows this could be something good.

Thanks Joe. I’ll call and see if the zoning code is correct. I think I need to be in an C1/C2 or M2 zone.
