Do you alter the resin inlet tube size (bore) to suit the size of the part you are infusing.small bore for small parts and then a larger bore for something like a hood.I am using a 10mm (3/8) bore pipe for all my work and big parts are coming out fine. The small parts infuse really fast and sometimes leave air trapped in the laminate.Should I use a smaller bore pipe for the smaller parts.
I use 1/4" inner diameter tubing, works fine for what i do… small to medium sized parts. So far i have had to only run one resin line. I do sometimes get trapped air, but letting the infusion go over 100% fully infused I think helps rid the bubbles, or the bubbles are just trapped in the flow medium only.
