What is the best filler to add into pur resin to thicken it?(talc, 1/32" milled fiberglass… ect)
What ever you choose, use a strainer before adding it.
I’ve tried cabosil, aluminum, q cells, none of them will match a true thixotropic resin.
What are you trying to do?
Is it for laminating or to fill in corners?
is use to bond the top piece spoiler to the bottom piece and I am trying to keep it away from sagging and run.

This is for gap filling it’s not structural, there better be a tight fit between parts or some fabric in there somewhere.
Don’t use resin then. Use a true adhesive. A 2 part epoxy is your best bet, as it will be stronger than modified resin, and have a paste-like viscosity.
