looking for some relieble release agent for epoxy carbon fiber parts using wet hand lay up
We try to use diferent semipermanents but get porosity surface and if we use only polymer waxes its mold stick 
Any suggestions?
In Europe I would recommend the HP Textiles HG R5 water based release agent
Zyvax Flex-Z range is excellent for hand layup.
You’re using vacuum, right ?
Use both release agents.
Semi permanent and wax on top of that.
Coating the mould with an mould coating of clear or a primer will help too.

These we are lookin up yes. We have been looking in to Flex 1.0 z but no one of our supplier have samples only 4x gallon and for test is little to much 
No hand wet lay up
These we have been doing till now but realy want just one relese agent (semi) if i will find something if not back to semi + polymer wax
