Recommendation Needed: fiberglass injection molding equipment

Hey there everyone,

I’m looking to increase fiberglass production and our current wet-layup method (one technician working with dry 1.5 oz choped strand mat and a cup/brush with wet resin) is both slow and inconsistent.

Can anyone recommend equipment that will allow for rapid production of Fiberglass components in the 80+ inch length range?

I’m struggling to keep up with my current demand and its incredibly frustrating.

Magnum Venus has just about anything you could ask for in that regard. Wet out guns, chopper guns, infusion and RTM equipment. Julio Bermudez is the rep and he has tons on hands-on knowledge. He can take a look at what you are doing and make recommendations. He also services the equipment and can train you on maintenance and, more importantly, proper use.
