Can anyone recommend a layup schedule for a large portable searchlight housing? Dimensions would be 15" long, 12" OD at the front end, tapered down to 5.75" OD at the back end. Would be using Kevlar with sandwich core construction and need to know the recommended fabric weight and number of layers as well as core thickness, for a strong, stiff, and lightweight housing.
