reCAPTCHA has been reenabled for everything but the Contact Us form. This way if it happens to break again, users should be able to contact me with no issue.
For some reason the keys expired. I got new ones and it worked again.
reCAPTCHA is disabled again, I got two messages about problems so it’s out.
