If you have started messing around with this stuff, by now you probably notice the bubbles buildup when mixing your epoxy. Here are some tips that you can try.
-
Mix extremely well without mixing vigolously. Place, but don’t submerge, in warm or hot water to heat up the epoxy a little bit. This will cause the bubbles to rise and pop. Of course you can run a heat gun over the mixing cup as well to heat it up. I usually just put it up under my heat lamp for a minute or so.

One more solution is adding acetone or ethanol to your already mixed epoxy. Be forwarned that this will also thin out your epoxy so don’t use alcohol if this is not what you want to happen.
I read somewhere that the correct method of mixing epoxy is to mix the resin and hardener in one container, pour and scrape any excess into a second container and mix some more. I’ve never done it but you’re more than welcome to try.
